Used to be a brilliant app, but now it says "cannot accept bookings at this time" 8 times out of 10. So u ring them and the first thing it does is ask u to download the app! 🤷♀️
Sensible drivers not too nosey
App never seems to work properly and takes forever to get a taxi, going back to premier cars
App has issues with booking sometimes as app fails to connect with banks, usually happens after an Android update. Great app to use if you don't want to or can't have cash on you when it works though!
Not been working now for a few days won't even open. Had to use uber app.
Not very user friendly. How to set up card/cash is not intuitive. The cancel taxi button floats annoyingly and is easy to press by mistake in trying to keep the screen up. The charge amount is not apparent either until after if you check your bank account. Needs some serious tweaks if users are to be encouraged to use card over cash. The taxi themselves are fine though.
Use Crossleys regularly to travel to and from work every day. Would highly recommend them
New app looks awesome. However missing following features. 1. Live track of your taxi. 2. Download online receipt.
Tried numerous time to register but no code was sent Had to give up
Can't book a taxi always says none available when my brother does it it works
